About The Position
Essentia Health is seeking a highly skilled, patient-centered Plastic Surgeon to join our established and growing Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practice in Fargo, North Dakota. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position within a collaborative team that includes General Surgery providers, experienced nursing staff, and a comprehensive multidisciplinary care network. The role benefits from a robust referral base supported by Essentia Health's large multispecialty clinics and extensive regional primary care network. The practice offers a broad scope including cosmetic and medical surgery, with clinic, procedure, and surgical services conveniently located within a single integrated facility. Collaboration with dedicated Wound Care and Hyperbaric programs is available to expand treatment options. The position also offers the opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary breast reconstruction care and potentially outreach to outlying Essentia clinic(s)/hospital(s).
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic and medical surgery.
- Provide clinic, procedure, and surgical services.
- Collaborate with Wound Care and Hyperbaric programs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary breast reconstruction care.
- Potentially conduct outreach to outlying Essentia clinic(s)/hospital(s).
