PHYSICIAN - Hospitalist (Days) - Fargo, ND
About The Position
We are seeking an adaptable, collaborative, team-player to join our Hospitalist team in Fargo, ND. This role focuses on spending time with patients and providing top-quality care. The hospital has 140 beds and a closed ICU. You will work within a strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support, managing an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist. No procedures are required, and you will have access to specialty and 24/7 intensivist support. This is a daytime hospitalist position with a 7/7 on & off schedule, offering flexible shifts and scheduling options.
Requirements
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (mentorship opportunities available).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong team orientation.
