Requirements

Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
Residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Active Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility).
Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field (including residency or fellowship training).

Nice To Haves

Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management or Spine.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (if fellowship-trained).
