About The Position

Responsible for providing primary health care to center patients within the structure of the family practice model. Serves on committees, discharges administrative responsibilities, and attends departmental meetings. Participates in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation. Will assume teaching responsibilities as assigned and assures professional supervision of Nurse Practitioners, Midwives or Physician Assistant provider personnel, including professional interaction with provider support personnel.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification
• Current New York State license
• Current BLS certification
• Current infection control certification
• Current DEA Registration
