Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physician to practice with purpose while enjoying desert-lake living in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Requirements

  • MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Medicine residency.
  • Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine.
  • Must have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card or fingerprint receipt before hire date.
  • New hires must receive a Level One (1) Non-IVP Fingerprint Clearance card within 30 days after the new employee hire date or transfer date.
  • Undergo drug testing prior to employment and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty and follow up drug and alcohol testing.
  • Employees in positions holding responsibility for the safety and welfare of others will also be classified as safety sensitive.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.
  • Obtain and maintain vaccination status (i.e., as recommended by CDC and/or other public health agencies) to include an Influenza vaccination.
