Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physician to practice in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Requirements
- MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Medicine residency.
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine.
- Possess a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (or receipt before hire date, card within 30 days of hire).
- Undergo drug testing prior to employment and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty and follow up drug and alcohol testing.
- Employees in positions holding responsibility for the safety and welfare of others will also be classified as safety sensitive.
