About The Position

Helen DeVos Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Palliative Care physician to join a growing program and deliver compassionate care across the continuum for the children and families of West Michigan. This collaborative team has support throughout the Corewell Health system and engages in clinical excellence, education, academic engagement, research, and advocacy. The program includes a robust inpatient consult service, outpatient clinic, and home visit capabilities, supported by a multidisciplinary team. There are growing collaborations with various specialized departments and a partnership with a state-wide Pediatric Hospice program. Teaching opportunities are available with fellows, residents, and students.

Requirements

• Completion of Pediatric Palliative Care Fellowship
• BC in Pediatrics
• BC/BE in Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine
• Physician MD/DO license in Michigan or eligible for medical licensure
• Must comply with MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirement if in an on-site or hybrid workplace category.
