Requirements

Graduate of an accredited medical school (MD or DO)
Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State as a Physician
Board eligible/board certified in Pediatric Cardiology at time of employment with additional advanced cardiac imaging training
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

Evaluate, treat and provide follow up care to patients as assigned by the Heart Center including providing medical and cardiac imaging management of pediatric and adult congenital patients that will include: OR TTE and TEE coverage, Cardiac CT/MRI, Fetal echocardiogram.
Devote such time as may be reasonably necessary to cooperate with the efforts of the Heart Center in the management and governance of Heart Center activities.
Exercise best efforts to keep Physician’s skills and knowledge current with the best up to date practice in the Physician’s field of practice by study of current medical literature and continuing medical education courses (CME).
