Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians.
- Current NY state license is a plus.
- Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a 14-20 bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of 30,000 to 40,000.
- Work in a Level I Trauma Center.
- Collaborate with PICU backup and hospitalist consults.
- Manage 2 patients per hour with a 17% admit rate.
- Utilize in-house labs and burn center services.
