About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join us at our FPN LaPorte Health Center in LaPorte, IN. This practice offers an amazing opportunity to join a group of collegial partners consisting of two Board Certified Otolaryngologists and three advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, displaying exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Flexible full-time schedule
• Three days of clinic with two days of dedicated OR per week
• Call responsibilities: 1:3
• Average outpatient volume: 20 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: varies
• EPIC-based EMR system for both inpatient and outpatient documentation
• Work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
