About The Position

Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our growing Sutter California Pacific Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery team in San Francisco and Larkspur, CA. This opportunity offers the ability to work alongside an experienced group of eight surgeons of various subspecialists within Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, six advanced practice clinicians (APCs), five speech-language pathologists, two audiologists, and a highly capable staff of RNs, MAs, schedulers, and patient service representatives. The department has plans to continue to grow over the next three to four years. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing comprehensive otolaryngologic care, academic pursuits, and administrative leadership throughout California Pacific Medical Center, SWBMG, and Sutter in general in San Francisco and Larkspur. Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery residency program
• Eligible for unrestricted California medical licensure
• DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate (CSRC)

• Fellowship-Trained General Ear Nose and Throat surgeon
• Interests in research, program development, teaching, innovation, and clinical scholarship

Responsibilities

• Broad-based General Otolaryngology practice with a combination of outpatient clinical care and surgical responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat a wide range of adult ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions
• Opportunity to develop a diverse medical and surgical Otolaryngology practice
• Collaborate closely with advance practice clinicians, subspecialists in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, audiologists, speech and swallow therapists, primary care physicians, medical and surgical specialists, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
• Opportunity to help strengthen and grow Otolaryngology services within an integrated healthcare system
• Multidisciplinary collaboration across medical and surgical specialties.
• Participation in quality improvement, program development, and clinical innovation initiatives
