About The Position
Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Fellowship-Trained Laryngologist to join a robust, well-respected voice practice in San Francisco. This opportunity offers the ability to work alongside an experienced laryngologist and a dedicated team of speech-language pathologists within a collaborative, multidisciplinary Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing comprehensive laryngology care and advancing specialized services for patients with voice, airway, and swallowing disorders. Applicants with interest and experience in advanced airway management and dysphagia will be given priority. Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
- Fellowship Training in Laryngology
- Eligible for unrestricted California medical licensure
- DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate (CSRC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional certifications as required by the department

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive laryngology care.
- Advance specialized services for patients with voice, airway, and swallowing disorders.
- Build and expand an advanced dysphagia program.
- Perform common in-office procedures including videolaryngostroboscopy, FEES, awake laryngeal procedures, and laryngeal EMG.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in leadership and practice growth opportunities.
- Engage in teaching, research, mentorship, leadership, and community service.
