Requirements

  • Doctoral degree with directly related experience in Family Medicine or Community Health
  • Board eligible/board certified Family Medicine Physician
  • DEA Certificate.
  • Ohio Licensure or the ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and medical records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality patient care.
  • Educate patients about preventative care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management.
  • Advises patients about long-term treatment and management for chronic illnesses.
  • Completes all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up- to date patient records using electronic health records systems.
  • Stay informed about the latest medical advancements, research, and the best primary care.
