About The Position

Sutter Independent Physicians (SIP) seeks to hire a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established private practice in Sacramento, CA. This practice is the only orthopedic group in town with all surgeons subspecialized and offers a large catchment area with the ability to ramp up a practice quickly. The position focuses 100% on Total Joints, with general Ortho being optional. ER call is not required, and imaging and PT are available on-site.

Requirements

• Board certified/Board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Willingness to focus on Total Joints.
• Ability to obtain necessary medical licenses and certifications.

Nice To Haves

• General Ortho experience is optional.
• Subspecialized training in Orthopedic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% Total Joints surgeries.
• Optionally engage in general Orthopedics.
• Provide orthopedic surgical care within a subspecialized group.
• Manage patient care within a large catchment area.
• Utilize on-site imaging and physical therapy services.
