About The Position

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a full-time board eligible/board certified Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hip and Joint Surgery. This is a great opportunity to join our team in the south suburbs of Chicago. Clinic opportunities in Orland Park, IL - Palos Heights, IL - and Mokena, IL. Hospital/OR privileges at NM Palos Hospital and NM Orland Park Surgical Center. This role involves 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week, with weekday and weekend call schedules equitably shared. The community offers exceptional schools, parks, restaurants, and amenities, with easy access to Chicago by car or commuter train. Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital is a 428 licensed bed facility located just 20 miles from downtown Chicago, serving the southwest suburbs.

Requirements

Board eligible/board certified Orthopedic Surgeon.
Fellowship training in Hip and Joint Surgery.
Ability to obtain hospital/OR privileges at NM Palos Hospital and NM Orland Park Surgical Center.
Willingness to work 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week.
Ability to participate in weekday and weekend call schedules.
Background check completion.
