About The Position

Sutter Lakeside is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Oncology Physician to join our patient centered cancer care team. This role is ideal for a physician who is committed to delivering high quality care, supporting patients through diagnosis and treatment, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new oncology patients
• Assess patient history, labs, imaging, and pathology to formulate accurate diagnoses
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based care
• Enter and manage Beacon infusion orders , including updates and modifications
• Provide ongoing monitoring through scheduled follow‑up visits
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
