Physician Office Supervisor Urgent Care
About The Position
Ascension St. Vincent's Health Center Baymeadows is seeking a Physician Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations and assigned tasks for staff within the practice site(s). This role involves conducting staff orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring, as well as collaborating on staff performance evaluations and professional development. The supervisor will ensure strict staff adherence to all departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Additionally, they will represent the practice in multidisciplinary meetings and committees to implement new services.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
Responsibilities
