Physician Office Supervisor Family Practice
About The Position
Ascension is seeking a Physician Office Supervisor to lead daily operations across assigned practice sites, ensuring all activities and staff adherence promote a culture of clinical excellence. The supervisor will inspire team growth by leading orientation, training, and ongoing coaching and mentoring initiatives for all staff. They will also support team success and professional development by contributing to timely and constructive performance evaluations and collaborate in multidisciplinary forums and committees to address operational challenges and drive the successful implementation of new services.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
