About The Position

Ascension is seeking a Physician Office Supervisor for their Urgent Care facility in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time position overseeing daily operations and staff within the practice site. The role involves staff training, performance evaluations, ensuring policy adherence, and representing the practice in multidisciplinary meetings.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and assigned tasks for staff within the practice site(s).
• Conduct staff orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Collaborate on staff performance evaluations and professional development.
• Ensure strict staff adherence to all departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Represent the practice in multidisciplinary meetings and committees to implement new services.
