About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our practice at the FPN Obstetrics & Gynecology Crown Point located in Crown Point, Indiana. The provider will be joining an established, busy practice with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Requirements

• Doctorate Required
• Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries is preferred

Responsibilities

• Flexible, fulltime clinic hours
• Shared call rotation with 7 other physicians
• Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: varies
• Average deliveries: 6 - 7 per month
• Work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries is preferred
