About The Position

WVUHS Medical Group seeks an OBGYN Physician to practice in Ranson, WV. The Obstetrics and Gynecology providers of WVU Medicine offer a full spectrum of women’s health services, from adolescence through menopause and beyond, utilizing the latest innovative advances in obstetric and gynecologic care. The Eastern Panhandle location offers a rural atmosphere, lower cost of living, and easy accessibility to Washington D.C. and Baltimore, MD. WVU Medicine is West Virginia University’s affiliated health system, West Virginia’s largest private employer, and a national leader in patient safety and quality.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
  • Eligible to obtain state medical license.
  • Completed an OBGYN residency program.
  • Completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology fellowship program.
  • Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
  • All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Practice in the area of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Provide a full spectrum of women’s health services, from adolescence through menopause and beyond.
  • Offer the latest innovative advances in obstetric and gynecologic care.
