About The Position

This is a locum tenens position for an OB/GYN physician. The role requires immediate start and involves inpatient and emergency department care. The physician will be responsible for deliveries, C-sections, emergent surgical procedures, and GYN coverage for the Emergency Department. Participation in practice calls for the outpatient department and daily patient rounds and discharges are also required. Collaboration with midwives for patient support is expected. The EMR system used is Epic, specifically the Stork module. The estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 4 months, with temporary privileges available on a case-by-case basis. Approved travel reimbursements include airfare, lodging, rental cars, and mileage.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Obstetrics
• Active Ohio State License or IMLC with Letter of Qualification
• ACLS Certification
• DEA Registration
