Requirements

Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed an OBGYN residency
Board eligible or board certified
Have or able to obtain an unrestricted Arizona License and DEA
Approval to hospital medical staff for OB deliveries and GYN Surgeries
Have a preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
Must have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card or fingerprint receipt before their hire date or transfer date. Level One (1) Non-IVP Fingerprint Clearance card must be received within 30 days after the new employee hire date or transfer date.
Undergo drug testing prior to employment and will be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty and follow up drug and alcohol testing in compliance with Federal and State regulations for alcohol and controlled substance testing.
Employees in positions holding responsibility for the safety and welfare of others will also be classified as safety sensitive.

Responsibilities

Deliveries take place at a Level II Trauma Center
Provide full-scope gyn care, including menopausal hormonal and transgender therapies
Perform GYN Surgeries including robotic surgeries

Starting base salary of $280,000 annually
