About The Position
Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to practice with purpose while enjoying mountain living in Flagstaff, Arizona. Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Must have or be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card
- Must undergo drug testing prior to employment
- Must comply with Federal and State regulations for alcohol and controlled substance testing
