About The Position

This role focuses on non-operative sports medicine, offering the opportunity to evaluate and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries through conservative treatment approaches. This includes rehabilitation planning, injury prevention, return-to-play management, and image-guided procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections and regenerative medicine treatments in an active patient population. The physician will join a team of dedicated Physicians, Physician Assistants, and clinical support staff, working together in a supportive, collegial atmosphere that fosters professional development. The role utilizes advanced diagnostic tools and the latest non-operative treatment techniques to enhance patient care and outcomes. Requirements

Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
Residency training in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine (1 year) from an accredited program.
State Medical License to practice in Pennsylvania.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in primary specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, PM&R) with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Sports Medicine.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field, including any relevant residency or fellowship experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries through conservative treatment approaches.
Develop rehabilitation plans.
Implement injury prevention strategies.
Manage return-to-play protocols.
Perform image-guided procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections.
