About The Position

This role focuses on non-operative sports medicine, offering the opportunity to evaluate and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries through conservative treatment approaches. This includes rehabilitation planning, injury prevention, return-to-play management, and image-guided procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections and regenerative medicine treatments in an active patient population. The physician will join a team of dedicated Physicians, Physician Assistants, and clinical support staff, working together in a supportive, collegial atmosphere that fosters professional development. The role utilizes advanced diagnostic tools and the latest non-operative treatment techniques to enhance patient care and outcomes. The physician will be part of a physician-led organization that offers strong administrative support, allowing autonomy and resources to excel in their specialty. Requirements

  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Residency training in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
  • Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine (1 year) from an accredited program.
  • State Medical License to practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in primary specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, PM&R) with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Sports Medicine.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field, including any relevant residency or fellowship experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop rehabilitation plans.

  • Manage return-to-play protocols.
