About The Position

Rome Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nocturnist to join its established team in Rome, New York. The role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and high-quality care, a 7-on/7-off schedule, competitive compensation, and work-life balance. The physician will have access to advanced technology and clinical resources and may teach residents in an academic environment.

Rome Health serves approximately 80,000 people in the Rome, New York area and surrounding communities. It is a comprehensive health care system with 130 acute care beds, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility, four primary care clinics, specialty practices, and outpatient services. Through an affiliation with St. Joseph's Health in Syracuse, it collaborates with regional and national health system resources while maintaining the flexibility of an independent community health system.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or MBBS degree.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible.
• Completion of an accredited USA ACGME Internal Medicine Residency.
• Eligible for New York State licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
