About The Position

Its more than 12,000 team members are focused on delivering patient-centered care.

The Physician Nocturnist Hospitalist position is at UofL Health-South Hospital in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. The schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., for 182 shifts. The ICU is closed, with an intensivist in-house. The role is open to board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine or family medicine physicians. Applicants must have U.S. permanent resident status; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Medical doctorate degree.
• Physician license for the state of Kentucky.
• ACLS/BLS certification.
• Open to board-certified or board-eligible physicians in internal medicine or family medicine.
• U.S. permanent resident status is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills.

Nice To Haves

• Epic EMR experience is preferred.
