About The Position
West Virginia University Medical Corporation d/b/a University Health Associates seeks a Neuromuscular Medicine Physician. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in the primary location of Morgantown, WV. The West Virginia University Health System, the state’s largest health system and largest private employer, comprises 18 hospitals throughout the state and bordering states. In addition, it includes five institutes, as well as providing management services for other local hospitals through affiliate agreements. Requirements
- Professional medical degree, such as MD, DO, or foreign equivalent degree.
- Completed residency in Neurology.
- Completed fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine.
- Board certified/board eligible in Neuromuscular Medicine.
- Eligible to obtain state medical license.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care by diagnosing and treating neuromuscular disorders.
- Provide clinical instruction to students, residents and fellows.
- Advancing initiatives in patient care.
