Crystal Run Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Neurologist for their West Nyack, NY location. Optum is a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based care organization focused on improving the clinician experience and patient care. Requirements

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of (NY) at time of employment
• Board Certification or board eligibility in Neurology
• Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system, including strokes, dementia, seizures, and Parkinson's disease
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
• Clinical care of Neurology patients
