About The Position

Hillsboro Medical Center (HMC) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Sciences University (OHSU) is seeking a neurologist to join the HMC Neurology team on the west side of Portland, Oregon. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice at HMC in a collaborative, community-based environment while being employed by OHSU, Oregon’s only academic health center. Join our group of experienced neurologists in delivering exceptional, team-based care focused on compassion, respect and improving health outcomes for our community. The practice is a general neurology practice with the opportunity to provide some subspecialty care if applicable. Subspecialists interested in a community practice with a mix of general neurology and subspecialty patients are encouraged to apply. HMC is a nationally recognized Primary Stroke Center and certified by the Joint Commission. This role includes a guaranteed base salary with productivity incentive opportunities and dedicated administrative time each week. There is a strong connection to OHSU’s academic and clinical resources. EEG interpretation will be distributed based on candidate experience.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neurology
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license
• DEA certificate
