About The Position

Virtua Health is seeking a dedicated Neurohospitalist to join their expanding Neuroscience team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care, leading advanced diagnostic evaluations, and contributing to innovative treatment plans for individuals within the South Jersey community. The position is part of a collaborative environment where neurologists work alongside leading neurosurgeons, neurocritical care teams, and rehab specialists, integrated through a partnership with Penn Medicine to deliver advanced neurology care.

Responsibilities

• Manage neurological inpatient consultations and provide comprehensive neurohospitalist care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurology, neurosurgery, critical care, and rehabilitation services
• Ensure excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
