Physician - Neuro-Oncology
About The Position
The MultiCare Neurosciences Department is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified adult neuro-oncologist to join its growing practice in the Puget Sound region. The position offers collegial collaboration with eighteen Neurology providers, including several with subspecialty practices. MultiCare’s expansive primary care network and adult and pediatric specialists support access to consultations within the community. The practice combines general neurology, dedicated hospital consult time, and support for the physician’s subspecialty interests. The role is full-time, with a day shift schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MultiCare Neuroscience Institute describes its culture as patient-centered, collaborative, and supportive, with clinical, administrative, and IT resources. The institute highlights award-winning neurological care, research innovation, and opportunities to grow a practice in the Pacific Northwest.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Neuro-Oncology at the time of employment.
- Neurology Oncology Fellowship is required; fellowship training is welcome.
- Licensed in Washington State by the time of employment.
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
