About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Nephrologist for a 1.0 FTE position. The role offers a full-spectrum practice in a physician-led, collegial environment at state-of-the-art medical centers. The physician will work in more than one location, including Palo Alto and Fremont, with an opportunity for rapid practice growth.

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 2,600 clinicians across 40+ specialties and practices throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The organization is nationally recognized for quality of care, innovation, and leadership. It is affiliated with the not-for-profit Palo Alto Medical Foundation, which provides operational and administrative support, including technology, so physicians can focus on patient care.

The position offers a guaranteed salary for two years with a production bonus. The physician becomes shareholder-eligible after two years; shareholders receive production-based income. Additional offerings include schedule flexibility, sabbaticals, relocation allowance, and a generous benefits package.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology.
