About The Position

The practice is a four-hospital system in the Central Valley, including Adventist Medical Center – Reedley, Adventist Health Selma – Selma, Adventist Health Tulare – Tulare, and Adventist Health Hanford – Hanford. The Hanford ED is a busy 26-bed unit seeing approximately 150-170 patients per day within a 173-bed acute care rural/suburban hospital. It is a Primary Stroke Center and will soon be a STEMI Receiving Center. The practice offers a robust call panel, flexible scheduling, and protection of care. The hospitals have received The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval and the American Heart Association’s Heart-Check mark for Advanced Primary Stroke Certification. Adventist hospitals recognize Vituity as a leader in Academics.

Requirements

Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians with Emergency Medicine experience will be considered.
Current CA state license is a plus.
Must be an equitable owner from day one.
Must be able to provide care when, where, and how patients need it.
Must be able to leverage strengths and experiences to make a positive impact in local communities.
Must be able to work together across sites and specialties as an integrated healthcare team.

Nice To Haves

Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
Current CA state license is a plus.
