Requirements

Must be a 3rd year of a 3-year program or a 4th year of a 4-year program to be eligible.
DEA Licensure required.
Current CA state license is a plus.
CCHP-P Certified preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide medical care within correctional facilities.
Work in a multi-site system including Hi-Desert Detention Center, Central Detention Center, and West Valley Detention Center.
Attend to adult patients (18+).
Utilize 5 exam rooms and 16 units.
Work in facilities with on-site Dialysis Suite and Suicide Watch.
Collaborate with separate mental health facilities for psychiatric treatment.
