About The Position

The Dermatologist/Mohs physician directs and provides licensed medical care in the specialty area of dermatology. Responsibilities include diagnosis and treatment of patients, education and collaboration with staff, medical students, residents and others, and clinical research. The Dermatologist physician manages complex situations. The Dermatologist physician must be competent in technical clinical skills, as well as cognitive and interpersonal skills required to serve those patients receiving the above mentioned services. The Dermatologist physician is expected to practice within the established Medical Center and physicians standards of practice (policies, procedure, and protocols) and adhere to key results areas of the Medical Center.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited residency training program
  • Current license to practice medicine from the State of Ohio Medical Board
  • Board certification or eligibility from the American Academy of Dermatology
  • Active certification from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
