About The Position
MultiCare Health System is seeking a BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join a well-established program that has provided oncology care to the area for over 40 years. New physicians will work within a growing, multi-disciplinary team including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, oncologic proceduralists, and advanced practice providers. Ideal candidates will be instrumental in ensuring high patient satisfaction and high value oncology care. There is an opportunity for research and being a principal investigator. Requirements
- Board certified/eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

- Experience in a growing population of complex cancer disease.
- Experience in a full-service, multi-specialty freestanding cancer center.
- Experience with industry-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research.
- Experience with unique, underserved populations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated hematology, oncology, radiation, surgical and supportive care.
- Diagnose and treat cancer patients.
- Participate in research opportunities, including industry-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and high value oncology care.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, oncologic proceduralists, and advanced practice providers.
