About The Position

Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. Our goal is simple: shift power in healthcare away from large consolidated entities and back to clinicians. We've raised over $14M in funding from early-stage investors like Core Innovation Capital, Adverb Ventures, and South Park Commons, and are building for long-term category leadership. More importantly, we're serving hundreds of patients, while growing 30% MoM. This role is full-time. We’re looking for candidates based in our core territory and open to 5 days in the field.

Responsibilities

Grow patient referrals to Alpaca Health by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners.
Establish and nurture relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals who refer their patients to us for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis.
Be the face of Alpaca Health in the field—building, nurturing, and expanding referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations to ensure a steady pipeline of well-matched client referrals for our partner providers.
Take end-to-end ownership of building relationships with Alpaca Health's provider partners.
Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting.
Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.
Continuously nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and other thoughtful interactions.
