About The Position

Vituity is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Interventional Radiology physician for coverage across all Emanate Health facilities, including Foothill Presbyterian Hospital in Glendora, California. This partnership-track role includes a daytime schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., performing a broad range of interventional and image-guided procedures, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams. There is also an opportunity to read diagnostic studies remotely. The physician partnership model offers autonomy and local decision-making, financial transparency, profit distribution, and equity ownership from day one. Physicians are supported by Vituity’s healthcare team and peer expertise. The role includes PACS equipment, IT support, and access to scribe and AI software. Malpractice coverage with tail is provided, along with highly competitive call compensation. The practice is based at Foothill Presbyterian Hospital in Glendora, California. Glendora offers suburban amenities, access to outdoor recreation in the San Gabriel Mountains, a historic downtown, and proximity to Los Angeles. Estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Partnership income may add to total compensation, which can vary by site. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

Requirements

Board-eligible or board-certified in Interventional Radiology.
Interventional Radiology fellowship training required.
Current California state license preferred, or ability to obtain one.
