About The Position

Baylor College of Medicine is hiring a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty member in its Academic Patient Care portfolio at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. The position is part of a nationally recognized Pediatric Interventional Radiology program that provides a full spectrum of procedures, from routine to highly complex, in a multidisciplinary environment. The established outpatient IR clinic supports multidisciplinary care, including participation in the Vascular Anomaly Clinic and the Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) Center of Excellence. Faculty collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists through the Pavilion for Women to manage complex cases in pregnant patients. The clinical practice is predominantly pediatric, with optional adult IR cases such as uterine fibroid embolization (UFE). The program has eight procedure rooms across three campuses: six rooms at the main campus, including two biplane rooms, a Myabi CT Angio suite, and a dedicated ultrasound-guided procedure room, plus two single-plane rooms at community campuses. Faculty may contribute additional subspecialty interests and take part in educational activities for trainees from Baylor, UT Houston, MD Anderson, Houston Methodist, UTMB Galveston, and the military (SAUSHEC).
