About The Position

This position offers a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians, along with a virtual in-basket support team. Physicians will have collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization. The role includes a robust onboarding and mentorship program, with flexibility in schedule (4 days a week for full-time, part-time opportunities available) and flexible patient visit duration. Remote video visits from home are available. There is light physician call, which is all virtual and screened through an RN, NP, and PAs initially. Abundant leadership and committee work opportunities are available, with active promotion of quality improvement projects. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
