About The Position

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join a thriving practice in Menomonie, Wisconsin. This is a busy 100% outpatient clinic practice where you will work with an experienced APP and support staff. The practice offers a flexible 4-day work week, with a nurse line as the first call. Physicians are part of a large call group, averaging two weeks of call annually, contributing to an excellent work-life balance with support for job sharing. The organization strongly encourages physicians to be involved in medical education and research to continue building its strong foundation of patient care, research, and education.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree
Successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
Must hold an active medical license for each state in which the physician practices – either physically or virtually.
Must have a DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices.
Dual Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada).
If physician is not board certified upon commencement of employment, they must achieve board certification as outlined in the privileging documents.
