About The Position

Mercy Hospital Ardmore, located in southern Oklahoma, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician to join our Hospitalist team in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Mercy Hospital Ardmore is a full-service tertiary hospital with 190 licensed beds, a staff of nearly 1,100 and almost 100 physicians. This position offers a $100,000 incentive bonus and a 7-on/7-off schedule (182 shifts a year), providing a great work/life balance with flexible schedules. The shifts are from 7 AM – 7 PM for days and 7 PM – 7 AM for nights. Physicians must be willing to rotate nights within the hospitalist group (1:10). You will work alongside board-certified physicians with a variety of specialty consultations available. The role requires comfort in managing ICU patients, including basic vent management and intubations. The units are monitored 24/7 by Mercy's Virtual Care Center. This position qualifies for H1-B and J-1 waivers (Conrad 30). Ardmore is located near major metropolitan areas like Dallas/Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa, offering proximity to large cities without the hassle. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible physician.
• Willingness to rotate nights within the hospitalist group (1:10).
• Comfortable managing ICU patients (basic vent management, intubations, etc.).
• Must be willing to work a 7-on/7-off schedule (182 shifts a year).

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist services in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
• Manage ICU patients, including basic vent management and intubations.
• Rotate through night shifts within the hospitalist group (1:10).
• Collaborate with board-certified physicians and utilize specialty consultations.
• Work with Mercy's Virtual Care Center which monitors units 24/7.
