Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our established Hospital Medicine team at Manchester Memorial Hospital in the Greater Manchester region of Connecticut. Requirements

Ability to obtain CT Medical License
BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality inpatient medical management for hospitalized patients
Perform admissions, rounding, discharges, and care coordination
Collaborate closely with specialists, nursing, case management, and ancillary teams
Ensure timely documentation and communication with patients, families, and referring providers
Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence
