Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician for a Per Diem Hospitalist position to join their established Hospital Medicine team at Manchester Memorial Hospital in the Greater Manchester region of Connecticut. Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine
- Ability to obtain CT Medical License
- BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality inpatient medical management for hospitalized patients
- Perform admissions, rounding, discharges, and care coordination
- Collaborate closely with specialists, nursing, case management, and ancillary teams
- Ensure timely documentation and communication with patients, families, and referring providers
- Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence
