About The Position

Franciscan Health Dyer/Munster is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join a cohesive team and meet the growing demand of their Hospitalist Program. The program has been established for over 22 years and is known for its high performance, respect, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a desire to build strong community ties, and a commitment to collaborative, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.
• ACLS/BLS required.
• Must be able to perform procedures or willing to learn: central lines and intubations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to code blue and rapid response teams.
• Perform procedures or be willing to learn central lines and intubations.
• Work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
