Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active New Hampshire medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Previous Hospitalist experience
Additional training or experience in Geriatric Medicine
Passion for quality improvement and team-based care

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult patients age 18 and older
Manage admissions, daily patient care, consultations, and discharges
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes and quality metrics
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence efforts
Maintain timely and accurate documentation through electronic health records
Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
