The practice operates under a Value-Based, Accountable Care model and offers physician ownership opportunities over time. Requirements

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician
• Unrestricted medical license in a US state
• Completion of an ACGME accredited residency program in this specialty
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
