Vituity is seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians for a partnership opportunity in San Jose, CA. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians who are equitable owners. The practice is located at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, a 731-bed county hospital serving as a safety net for the region, equipped with a medical ICU, surgical ICU, and all sub-specialty backup. It is a Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center with a high annual ED volume and surgical case load. Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital medicine physician services.
• Manage patient care in a 731-bed county hospital.
• Handle 15-17 admits per day as a hospitalist.
• Handle 6-8 admits per night as a nocturnist.
• Collaborate with a 24/7 in-house intensivist team.
• Work within a system that includes a Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
• Provide care to patients in a safety net hospital system.
