About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal or Family Medicine physician for their Hospitalist program at Franciscan Health Crown Point in Crown Point, IN. This is an established program known for high patient outcomes and physician satisfaction, with a collaborative relationship with hospital administration. Franciscan Health is a non-profit Catholic healthcare ministry with 12 hospital ministries and over 1,000 employed physicians and advanced practice providers across Indiana and Illinois. Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal or Family Medicine physician
• Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families
• Work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
• ACLS required
• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

• 3 years at ACGME accredited faculty or administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
• Run codes
• Perform procedures: central lines and intubations
